The client name should be specific enough to jog your memory, it is likely tickets to a show or event you’ve bought in the last 45 days.

Can't find a refund?
Refunds to credit cards normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, even though the money will leave our account the same day a refund is processed.
The refund may show as:
Ferve Tickets Pty Ltd
Where CLIENTNAME is the name of our client that originally processed the transaction.
